Full refund until the day of your event
Changed your mind, or the party's off? You get a full refund for an Event Pass if you ask before the day of your event. No questions asked.
How to ask
Email hello@barlune.app with the email you paid with and the event name, or reply to the confirmation email. Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with; Stripe usually shows it within 5–10 days.
Extensions and packs
An extension ("Keep it live 30 more days") can be refunded until it starts. Unused passes in a 10-pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
The beta
Event Passes from beta invite codes are free, so there's nothing to refund.
